Policies
At Interstate Tractor Customer satisifaction is our #1 goal.

Return Policy:

Interstate Tractor must approve all returns.  We reserve the right to refuse any item.  Returns will not be accepted without prior return authorization number.

We will accept returns on all products in original condition with 20 days of the delivery date, minus original shipping and handling fees,  return shipping will be paid by the customer unless we shipped the wrong item to you. There will be a 25% restocking charge on on special order item, please note that some special order items may not be eligible for return.

All exchanged and returned merchandise must be in the original factory conditions, including all packaging material, inserts, manuals and accessories.  Please DO NOT tape or write anyting on the item or the package.  We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing contents or cartons.  Used equipment is not eligible for return unless the item was misrepresented at the the time of purchase.  All used items are sold as is with no warranty.

Please pack the products in their original box with plenty of packing material and place in the original box and tape securely, mark with the return address provied to your from our customer service department.  Make sure to ship your product back with a tracking number to prevent package from being lost.  We are not responsible for any package lost in transit if there is not tracking number.

Please allow approximately 5 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.

Damaged, Defective and Short Shipments:

All Damaged/defective items must be reported with 5 days of the delivery date to our customer service department.

It is highly recommended that you check your shipment before signing the bill of lading (UPS and truck lines)  Advise the
carrier's representative that there is physical damage or a shortage and note the damage or shortage on the bill of lading.  All damage or shortage claims must be stated on the bill of lading, no damage or shortage claims are accepted after the delivery has been made on a UPS or Truck lines.

Shipping Policy:

We ship most of our small merchandise with the United States Postal Service Priority Mail or with UPS, depending on which is the cheapest and what you the customer would like.  All large items are always available for pickup at our location, or freight may be arranged prior to your purchase.  We have several different freight lines that we work with to get you best rate possible.

Warranty:

Most all of our wholegood items such as tillers, mowers, ets have a manufacture warranty on it.
Please check the item you are purchasing to see what the warranty is.

Payment:

Payment is required at time of purchase.  Items will not be shipped until payment has been received.
We do not ship COD.
We take Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Money orders and Personal Checks. (note money orders and personal checks will not ship until it clears the bank.)

Our business are 8 am to 5 pm Monday thru Friday and 8 am to Noon on Saturday.
We are closed on Sundays and all Major Hollidays.
Our office is closed on Saturdays as well.  So any email or questions sent will be answered the next business day.
