How do I pay for my stuff?

You have a couple of options to pay for an order:

  • Credit Card - accepts Visa and Mastercard
  • Personal Check
  • Money Order

You can pay with your credit card via the telephone.

*Please note that we will not ship your purchases until they are paid for.  When paying with a check, we will ship your order when check clears the bank.

Where can I find the status of my order?

We keep a tracking number on all of our orders.  To find out the status, please send us an e-mail with your name, shipping address, and invoice number.  The subject line needs to read:  Shipping Status.

Are all of your products on your website new?

Some of our products are new.  Some are Demo/Closeouts and we even have used equipment.  See description for item details.

Can I get parts that aren't shown on your website?

Yes, you can get parts that aren't shown on the website.  We can special order parts from the manufacturer that we don't stock.  Please call our Parts Department for pricing and availability.

What are your office hours?

We are open:

  • Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Do your products come with any warranties?

Our products come with a standard Manufacturer's warranty.  You can also purchase an extended warranty protection when it is offered by the manufacturer.  Our certified mechanics can service your equipment both in and out of warranty.

I don't want to pay shipping charges.  Can I pick up my stuff myself?

Yes, you can pick up your purchases at our lot.  You will need to specify that you want to pick it up yourself.  That way, we can give you directions to the lot and have your stuff ready for you.

*Shipping is available.  We get discounts from freight companies and we pass the savings on to you.
